Strawberry Ice in Coconut Milk

A simple fresh dessert: Strawberry and ice cube with coconut milk. To make it, i only need strawberries, ice cube, honey, (just a little bit) salt and coconut milk.

First mix the salt, honey and coconut milk. Add water if too thick. Then put strawberries and ice cube into it.

Salad Idea: Shrimp Salad

I get inspired from Mediterranean, so this salad used fried shrimp and olive on lettuce. As dressing i used spicy thousand island dressing.

Salad Idea: Maroccana-Salad

We've got this salad when we visited Marrakech at the end of last year. I am not sure if it is a typical Maroccana salad, but we loved it. All vegetables cutted finely: Tomato, chinese cabbage, green olive, rote bete, and onion. Carrot chopped finely, and some egg on it. 
The dark brown dressing tasted sweet.

Hot Shrimp Chutney

Hot Shrimp Chutney, known as 'Sambal Trassi' in Germany or Netherlands, has a savory and hot taste as this paste originated from Asia. You can buy everywhere in Supermarkt here, they are packed in small bottles but the taste ist mal so - mal so... Not a real taste of sambal trassi.
